Shell Mold Casting
This is our featured process. Grate bars and many wear parts are usually made by this process.
Advantage: Products produced by this process always have very good surface and precise dimension. And it has good efficiency. If you need us to supply in large quantities, we recommend this process.
Weakness: The cost of opening mould is relatively high.
Lost Wax Precision Casting
This is also our very mature casting process. We usually use this process when casting' dimension is very small. Or your demand of that parts are not very large.
Advantage: The cost of opening mould is relatively low. Castings always have good surface.
Weakness: The production efficiency is low and the casting cost is slightly high.
Resin Sand Mold Casting
We usually use this process when you need large size castings.
Advantage: The cost of opening mould is relatively low. And the casting cost is relatively low. It's suitable for castings with large dimension.
Weakness: The production efficiency is low.
Centrifugal Casting
Centrifugal casting is the technology and method of injecting liquid metal into the high-speed rotating mold to make the liquid metal do centrifugal movement to fill the mold and form the casting.
Advantage: The roll and radiation roll produced by this process always have very good quality
